What you are actually buying
You are buying a software license for Alchemy Hub—our licensed platform—for the length of time shown on the plan (or lifetime where offered). Your rights and limits are in the Terms of Service.
The plans on the store are different license durations (and price points). Shorter windows are for trying the stack; longer and lifetime options are for people who already rely on it.
The same grid also lists Alchemy Tokens—an optional add-on for HWID reset when the cooldown window has not finished yet. Token checkout uses the same card and crypto flow as plans.
Each plan card shows a small stock strip so you can see availability before you pay.
How access works behind the scenes
When you pay, our card provider or crypto partner confirms the charge. Our servers record that you are entitled to the plan you bought—that entitlement lets the hub accept your access key for the right period.
Keys and account state live in backend systems—not in a random DM. Splitting checkout, fulfillment, and the hub keeps payments stable while the platform can update.
What you use day to day
After redemption, most of your time is in the hub and your games—not on buyalchemy.net. The dashboard is for license status and account actions; Discord is for fast help.
Updates and support
While your license is active, you’re buying into continuous maintenance as the game environment changes—not a one-off drop.
When something breaks, use Support and the Discord helpdesk—the same team behind checkout and keys.
